Marcus Printup getting his LOTUS Silver Flare Trumpet

Shortly after Marcus Printup received his Lotus trumpet (our Silver Flare model) I went to hear him in action with Jazz @ Lincoln Center. He filled that hall with a sound unlike any other I’ve ever heard. The Silver Flare really does have a unique palate of tone colors which suit Jazz soloists incredibly well. We met up before the concert to chat about his impressions of the horn and what it does for his artistry. (Spoiler alert: He loves it as much as I do!) Here’s what he had to say...
