BUYING A RURAL COUNTRY PROPERTY IN BULGARIA.

Somewhere towards the end of September, we here in South East Bulgaria were on the tail end of that cyclone that hit Greece, the temperatures dropped dramatically; it rained for days on and off and I retreated into my old house with beers, cigarettes and dogs, lit their wood burning stove, set up my GoPro and just talked about my experiences of moving to and living in Bulgaria mainly due to the numerous questions asked about Bulgaria on the FaceBook Page, The Alternative Living Group.

This might well not be all of my Subscribers and Followers Cup of Tea, but that is the risk I take albeit, it might be interesting for those that would like to know more of my background and how the Bulgarian Organic Smallholding started. I prepared no script, just spoke about MY OPINIONS and experiences of buying rural country properties and life in general here in Bulgaria. I must have drained a couple of GoPro batteries during my ramblings and caused Ive an editing nightmare!!

In the future, as a part of my Playlist, My Bulgarian Village Life, I will add elements to this film such as, water & electricity supplies, old lower end of the market Bulgarian rural country houses showing the typical construction both inside and out, talking and showing such things as the Internet and Mobile Telephone connections, talking about Bulgarian Estate Agents/Realtors, eBay, the Purchasing Process, Building Regulations, Hints and Tips, the Bulgarian Health System, the Education System, the Cost of Living and even the MAFIA to name but a few subjects I will cover in future uploads.
