Hi my Friends!
In this weeks video I'm walking you guys through 3 of my absolute favourite meals. I love these meals because they keep me feeling full for a really long time. I feel satisfied and content eating this way!
I follow a High Carb Low Fat approach to my meals because the carbs fuel me with loads of energy and keep me full for hours. I try keeping my fats as low as possible to feel at my optimal. When I do eat fat it's always coming from the whole food source like avocado or seeds. I love Dr. McDougall's way of eating from the Starch Solution because it really makes me feel at my best. It also keeps my weight steady. When I go off plan I start putting on a bit of weight and my energy goes down hill!
