Il potenziale del “design thinking” per trasformare un museo in un luogo di esperienza.

Museums are increasingly becoming mediation places between knowledge and entertainment. Spaces in which spectacular interactive experiences of a cultural, scientific, historical and artistic nature take shape. The "Design Thinking" approach is strategic in this journey of the museum towards the search for a new identity and a renewed awareness of its cultural and social role.

I musei si trasformano sempre più in luoghi di mediazione fra conoscenza e intrattenimento. Spazi in cui prendono forma spettacolari esperienze interattive di carattere culturale, scientifico, storico, artistico. L’approccio del “Design Thinking” risulta strategico in questo percorso del museo verso la ricerca di una nuova identità e di una rinnovata consapevolezza del suo ruolo culturale e sociale.

Architect, he lives and works in Milan, the city where he was born in 1963. Founder of Limiteazero, an experience design firm working at the intersection between exhibition and interaction design, data visualization, computational and graphic design. Limiteazero has worked with clients such as Toshiba, National Geographic, Alberto Aspesi, Blackberry, Enel, TIM, Eataly, Rai, Museo M9, Mudec, Palazzo delle Esposizioni di Roma, Museo Enzo Ferrari . Their projects have been exhibited in museums and art galleries worldwide.
He also teaches “Design scenarios and new technologies” at the Politecnico of Milan, design department, and “Data Visualization” at NABA Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti di Milano. Paolo has been also Creative Director of Mixedmedia, electronic culture festival held at Hangar Bicocca in Milan.
