Public-Private Partnership Makes a New Library Possible
The City of Kaukauna, Wisconsin, outgrew their library and was looking at either adding on to the current library, building a new library, or renting a larger space. Then, a local developer decided to renovate an old paper mill, and a public-private partnership opportunity was born. The new library has 24,000 sq. ft. of space, with multiple meeting rooms, conference areas, reading areas and more.
