New 2024 Ford Territory - Budget Compact Family SUV

The Ford Territory is a mid-size SUV that is sold in several markets around the world, including China, Australia, and South America. It is designed and manufactured by Ford in collaboration with its Chinese partner, Jiangling Motors Corporation .

In terms of appearance, the new Territory stands out for its completely new design. Starting at the front, the hexagonal grille is larger and finished in glossy black, while the new LED headlights are split.

Changes on the sides are also more evident, with more creases providing definition for the profile. The rocker panels at the base of the doors have been enlarged, and the greenhouse looks vastly better with the redesigned rear quarter window between the C- and D-pillars.

At the rear, the new thin horizontal boomerang-shaped taillights are a bit reminiscent of the Kuga/Escape models. It is worth noting that the SUV no longer uses a chrome bar in the trunk from the previous generation.

The 2024 Ford Territory offering six body color options: Metallic Blue, Qatar Gray, Vermont Red, Roma Brown, Toronto Black and Bariloche White.

Inside, it features Ford’s new cockpit design which has a flush-mounted digital gauge cluster right next to the infotainment system. Complimenting the modern minimalist dashboard is the neater center console which now features a shift dial instead of a traditional lever.

All technologies embedded in the vehicle were developed to provide a simple, intuitive and efficient user experience. The multimedia center features the largest screen in its category, 12.3”, with high definition , brightness adjustment and wireless connection with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The 12.3” digital instrument panel can be customized according to the driver’s preferences.

The new generation grew to 4,630 mm long, 1,936 mm wide1,706 mm high and 2,726 mm wheelbase, Internally, it is the leader in space for occupants. The 448-liter trunk ensures versatility for daily use and travel and can be expanded to 1,422 liters by folding the rear seat, including hands-free electric operation.

the 2024 Ford Territory debuts the Euro 6 standard 1.5-liter EcoBoost engine, it delivers 169 hp and 250 Nm torque combined with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. the model has four driving modes – Normal, Hill, Eco and Sport –, which automatically adjust the vehicle to different driving conditions.
