Heavy rain begins moving into California from atmospheric river. In Sacramento strong thunderstorms drop heavy rain on I-80 causing flooding snd accidents. One car on I-80 stalled out as nearly 2 feet of water was on the interstate. Several cars hydroplaned due to water standing on interstate and offramps.
