How to Cook Spicy Tokwat Baboy (Fried Tofu with Boiled Pork Recipe)

This cooking video will show you How to Cook Spicy Tokwa't Baboy. It is a Filipino dish composed of boiled pig ears and fried extra firm tofu. These ingredients are sliced into bite-sized pieces and soaked in a spicy vinegar mixture, which is composed of white vinegar, soy sauce, chili peppers, sugar, and salt. This dish can be eaten as a main dish with white rice on the side. It can also be paired with a cold bottle of beer as a pulutan dish.

Note that this episode was shot in the Philippines during our vacation. It was really great to see everyone and sample all the food specialties of the places that we've been to. I am looking forward forward to my next trip sa Pilipinas.
