Tokwa't Baboy in Oyster Sauce, Level up sa Sarap!

1/2 kilo pork liempo, chopped
2 pcs. tofu, cubed
4 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
1 tbsp. fish sauce
1/2-1 tbps. soy sauce
1 sachet oyster sauce (small sachet) 30grams
3 tbsp. chopped green onions
ground pepper
oil for frying.
Procedure:

First, fry the tofu make sure the oil is hot, so the tofu will not stick in the pan then fry until golden brown then set aside. In the same pan fry the pork liempo/belly until it's cooked then set aside. In the same pan remove the excess oil then sauté garlic and onion then add the fish sauce, soy sauce and oyster sauce then put the fried tofu and pork toss in the sauce until pork and tofu covered in sauce add black ground pepper and chopped green onions and it's done! Served with rice.
