eating disorders are very serious conditions and i am not trying to be insensitive about those issues. i’m simply trying to say that just because someone doesn’t look a certain way, or live up to what “healthy” looks like, doesn’t mean they are sick or suffering. by insinuating these things, you could push a person to develop a sense of insecurity with their body, which could lead to something more serious. the reason i bring it up is because people say this about me all of the time and it’s very hurtful. please be aware. please be kind. i’m always here to talk.
