WELCOME TO VLOGMAS 2019!!

Breakfast - Overnight Oats:
1/3 Cup Oatmeal
1/3 Cup Almond Milk
1/3 Cup Cherries
Spoonful of Almond Butter
Dash of Chia Seeds

Lunch:
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees
Brussels Sprouts - cut in half put face down on baking sheet. season with salt, pepper and olive oil. bake for 30 minutes
Broccoli - cut up, season with salt, pepper and olive oil. bake for 20 minutes
Couscous - follow directions on box
Ground Turkey - cook on stove until brown - season with salt, pepper and garlic powder
