Calisthenics Workout for Beginners | Eric Rivera

You’ve guys asked for it, so here it goes! Here’s a basic calisthenics routine for beginners that includes the 4 foundational movements: pullups, dips, pushups, and squats.

Please note: movements can be scaled as needed, as well as sets + reps according to your capacity and level of fitness. Let me know how you guys do in the comments below!
