This Watch Lost Time - ROLEX OYSTER PERPETUAL

I got this Rolex Oyster Perpetual ladies watch which is equipped with a Rolex movement calibre 2130. The owner told me that the watch loses three to four hours per day which is unbelievably high.

My first thought was that it was magnetised ... but no, it wasn't.
