Transalpin Train | Panorama Car | Zurich to Innsbruck

Come along with us on a peaceful and scenic train ride from Zürich, Switzerland to Innsbruck, Austria in the first class Panorama Car on the Transalpin train. This scenic journey takes just over 3.5 hours and runs alongside the Zürichsee/Obersee lake before reversing direction at Buchs. From there, the route passes through Liechtenstein and the famous Arlberg Pass, then runs through a beautiful valley in the Austrian Alps on its way to Innsbruck.

There are multiple trains per day on this route, but only the morning eastbound train and afternoon westbound train feature the special Panorama Car to maximize views of the amazing Swiss and Austrian countryside!
