Buttered Fried Chicken, SIMPOL!

INGREDIENTS:

Set A:
1 kilo chicken cuts
1 pack seasoning granules or 1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon five-spice powder (optional)
3 cloves garlic, minced

Set B (Batter):
​1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup cold water
Cooking oil, for deep-frying

Set C:
6-10 cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
