Thanks for watching. Making this video was awkward because my face had to pop up all the time. Only after making this video did I realise the way I ate and I eat so weird haha…. In comparison to Peru, the food here is better and has more variety. I tried to get in as much typical cheap/ street food as I can and I think this is a reflection of Ecuadorian typical dishes.

Im currently in Cuenca, Ecuador. It is a relaxed town with many expats that live here. It is clean and living costs are affordable. I plan to travel North in the next few weeks and explore the coastal towns as well as the main capital, Quito.
