How to Clear Cache of Apps on Android Phone (Easy Tutorial)

Clearing the cache on your Android device can free up storage, improve performance, and fix app-related issues without affecting your personal data.

Step 1: Open Your Settings

Unlock your Android device and open the Settings app.
If you have trouble finding it, swipe down from the top and tap the gear icon or search for "Settings" using the search bar

Step 2: Access Apps
In Settings, tap Apps, Apps & notifications, or Application Manager (the labeling depends on your device).

Browse the list or use the search function to find the app whose cache you want to clear

Step 3: Clear Cache for a Specific App
Tap the app to open its App Info page.

Tap Storage & cache (or simply Storage on some devices).
Tap Clear cache. The cache size should reset to zero, but your login credentials and settings remain intact

This process can be repeated for any other heavy or problematic apps, such as social media, streaming, or messaging apps.
