When to Carry a Windbreaker (The Outdoor Vitals Nebo!)

The Nebo by Outdoor Vitals is a very packable ultralight windbreaker (4oz.) that excels in moderately cold, hot, or wet weather when standard rain jackets, fleeces, or puffys are too hot. Here I take it out on the trail to test its performance in cold, sun, wind, and rain.
