The office building in downtown Cologne of the former Sal Oppenheim headquarters on Unter Sachsenhausen street is being renovated. The building tail, Enggasse, Tunisstrasse, Stolkgasse is being demolished by the company https://herzog-kg.de/. The general contractor is the Momeni Group. The two listed parts of the building - Unter Sachsenhausen 2 and 4 - will be gutted, but will remain. The part of the building on Stolkgasse will be demolished. Modern office worlds are to be created here on around 20,000 square meters by 2025. A total of nine terraces that are being built on the site are intended to significantly increase the quality of stay.
