Excavator CAT 330 - demolition site
At the end of 2020, https://www.hines.com/real-estate-services bought the building on the "bank side" on Königsallee for around 150 million euros, after about 2 years it will now be demolished by Laarakkers. The new building is expected to cost around 400 million euros. First the KMC 400 makes some space until the 374 comes in 2 weeks
