First Amendment Audit - Man is Illegally Detailed By A Police Officer

In this video I am spotlighting the First Amendment Strike Team YouTube channel. In this video the auditor is filming a police department in Pueblo, Co. An officer approaches the first amendment auditor and starts asking him questions. Since the auditor is under no legal obligation to answer any questions he simply ignores the police officer ms questions. After slowly walking away from the officer, the officer decided to illegally detain the first amendment auditor by placing him in handcuffs.
