In these 3 videos all of the first amendment auditors stand up and challenge the police when asked for their identification. All 3 auditors are filming while on public property and all 3 auditors are confronted by the police and ordered to give them their IDs. One of the first amendment auditors was actually falsely detained until the officer realized he had no standing to detain the first amendment auditor.
