बिलकुल! नीचे दी गई रेसिपी से दूध, नारियल और मिल्क पाउडर हटा दी गई है — अब ये पूरी तरह से simple, dairy-free, vegan-friendly और summer special रेसिपी है, सिर्फ़ कुछ बेसिक चीज़ों से बनाई गई।

Ingredients:

1/2 kg watermelon (approx. 2 cups juice, strained)

2 tbsp corn flour

1 tbsp ghee (for richness and greasing)

3–4 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)

1/4 tsp cardamom powder

1 tbsp melon seeds (for topping)

2 tbsp water (for corn flour slurry)

👩‍🍳 Making Process:

Extract Juice:
Blend 1/2 kg watermelon and strain the juice to remove seeds and pulp (you'll get ~2 cups juice).

Prepare Slurry:
In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp corn flour with 2 tbsp water. Stir well to make a lump-free slurry.

Cook the Mixture:
In a non-stick pan, add watermelon juice and sugar. Cook on medium flame until sugar dissolves.

Add Slurry & Flavors:
While stirring, slowly add the corn flour slurry to the watermelon juice. Keep stirring until the mixture thickens and becomes glossy.

Add Ghee & Cardamom:
Add 1 tbsp ghee and 1/4 tsp cardamom powder. Stir until the mix starts leaving the sides of the pan.

Set & Garnish:
Grease a tray/plate with ghee. Pour the mixture and flatten it evenly. Sprinkle melon seeds on top.

Cool & Serve:
Let it cool completely for 30–40 minutes. Cut into desired shapes and serve.
