Hey guys! We were waiting so long for this day to come (literally since prep lol) and the video is finally here! I met up with my two beautiful friends Chenyang (@cz.fit on Instagram) and Leila (@abcdefghijkleila_ on Instagram) and we went to 6 different Instragrammable spots around London and ate some epic vegan food!

I do not promote cheat days and I think that food should always be enjoyed without guilt. I just called the video epic cheat day for SEO purposes haha. Also, this is not something I do routinely, I track macros and work with a coach. I usually do 1-2 free untracked meals per week, this was obviously an exception!
