Intermediate INVERSION POSES | Yoga Trapeze

In this intermediate Yoga Trapeze lesson Heather starts you off with a basic INVERSION and then transitions into several popular poses and stretches like Flying SUPERMAN, FERRIS WHEEL (back bend) and JACK KNIFE stretches. You’ll finish off an UPSIDE DOWN RING HOLD. Use the links below to practice each move individually.
