How to cook a filipino favorite...Bistek Tagalog! (Beef steak)

Ingredients Needed:
- IMPORTANT: Depending on the beef you use, cook time will vary.
- 1 lb of beef (for this video, I used eye round steak, so that the cook would be quicker)
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- 3 to 5 limes or lemons (or however much you need to make 1/2 cup of juice)
- 1/4 cup regular soy sauce
- 1/4 cup dark soy sauce
- cooking oil
- black pepper
- salt
