Meniscus Tear Treatment Without Surgery In Hindi | Meniscus Tear Phase 1 Exercises | Knee Pain
This video shows the information regarding the Meniscal Injury and it's rehab in Hindi Language.
This video shows the rehab exercises to be done in the
- 2nd Phase of Rehab from 8 to 14 days
-3rd Phase from 15 to 21 days
- 4th Phase from 22 to 35 days after the Meniscal Injury in case if you are managing your Meniscal Injury without surgery or have undergone Arthroscopic Partial Meniscectomy.
There are two pieces of cartilage inside the knee, between your thigh bone (femur) and shin bone (tibia). This cartilage is the meniscus. They acts as shock absorbers.
Meniscus tears are a very common knee injury, especially among athletes. Sudden twisting movements — such as pivoting to catch a ball — can tear the cartilage. People with arthritis in their knees are also more prone to meniscus tears.
