Fast rolling and durable, Schwalbe claims that the One V-Guard Road Tire is their best race tire to date.

When it came to designing this tire, Schwalbe did not mess around. More than 50 prototypes later and with a brand new factory to produce nothing but this very tire, they had what they were looking for. The One weighs in a little heavier than its predecessor the Ultremo ZX, but the advantages that it brings to the table more than make up for the addition of a few grams.

From the onset, Schwalbe desired for this tire to have extremely low rolling resistance while still providing great grip and they achieved this with their new Triple Star Compound. Not only does this compound perform better than previous ones, but when paired with a V-Guard protection layer, it also provides improved cut and puncture resistance. Already rolling on wheels in the pro peloton, Schwalbe has created one awesome tire.
