This problem is too serious to be avoided, everyday there will be more than thousands of genshin impact accs that will get hacked and SOLD. I know hacked genshin impact accs are because of bad passwords but at least mihoyo have some extra security system like 2FA or even better like steam guard...

Believe it or not, hacked genshin impact account are sold 0.01$ each and they easily could login into your accs and DESTROY EVERYTHING in a matter of SECONDS.

What I did in the video was almost pointless but it still helps someone xd, idk what will happen if that valuable accs fall to some shit russian kid that enhance Lv.90 5* weapon for a Lv.1 3* just for *fun*, people spends thousands and he called that FUN wtf

Pls make suggestions to Mihoyo to add extra security features like 2FA or something that can prevent this to happen, you can use this video as a proof to back up the suggestions

The more I've seen some new hacked account posts on reddit/fb, the more I realize this Genshin Impact hacking community is getting bigger and active from time to time. It PAINS me a lot because I'm a GI player myself and I know how much TIME and EFFORT players put in this game and hackers treat them like NOTHING!

Cmon mihoyo, this is a GACHA game, PLAYERS SPENDS REAL MONEY on this GAME! If you PLAN to add 2FA or some extra security, PLEASE ADDRESS this ISSUE in your FORUM so everyone knows that you're doing it to protect players accounts

Of course this "2FA" has been requested for a long time by the GI community but Mihoyo didn't take any action because it was not that serious that time but starting last month (Feb 2021), more & more players accs are getting hacked and hopefully mihoyo will take action on this issue

There is some counter measures you can take in order to tighten your GI accs security:

1. Use long passwords with special characters, for example like this: ZwTz078FMj0*532#$ or just search random generated password (this makes most account recheckers/crackers almost impossible to guess the pass)

2. Change your password every month and if you want to feel more secure then you can change your pass every week

3. Don't use the same password anywhere in your account!! For example if you have multiple accounts with the same pass and one of your accs got data breached, they could easily recheck/trace your other accounts because you have the same pass

4. Don't give out your GI accs user ID/pass/email to someone you don't trust

A lot of my whales friends are scared of this hacking thing since mihoyo can't restore back the items once its gone so they changed their password everyday XD
