The Windblume Ode Passive Is Misleading (Initial Testing, Math, and Thoughts) | Genshin Impact

In this video I tested the new 4 star f2p bow the Windblume Ode. Despite the fact that the passive of this weapon states that the attack boost occurs after using an elemental skill, this does in fact apply to the elemental skill cast. I prove this in the video, do a damage comparison to The Stringless and share my thoughts on this weapon
