Tamil Identity Today

January is recognized as Tamil Heritage Month in Canada, but this year's celebration also marks nearly 10 years since the end of Sri Lanka's deadly civil war. A United Nations report found that as many as 40,000 civilians may have been killed in the final months of the civil war. The Agenda welcomes members of Ontario's Tamil diaspora to talk about identity and cultural preservation.
