My Go-To Hip Mobility Routine | Tate Englund Yoga

My go-to hip mobility routine. I recommend doing this at least 3x per week.

Here it is:

✅ Hip CARs (I do these everyday) - 3-5x each side

✅ 90/90 sit for external rotation - I do add PAILs/RAILs contraction often

✅ 90/90 sit with internal rotation and PAILs/RAILs contraction

✅ Leg lifts for glute medius strength & other abductors

✅ Hip flexor lifts - if you can’t get them over blocks, just imagine you have blocks.

✅ Hip flexor lift with end range rotations

✅Upavistha Konasana - wide leg forward fold

Obviously it's sped up because no one wants to just sit and watch me do my whole routine 😉
