Making of ABORA IV in Bulgaria

Almost three month of elaborate work made this vision possible. A reed boat made in prehistoric traditions possibly as in the Varna Culture more than 6.000 years ago. The ABORA team made this reed in cooperation with the Aymara Indians of Bolivia. The launch was on August 1st, 2019; the departure on August 16th, 2019. The ABORA IV sailed more thna 1.500 km from Bulgaria via the Bosporus, the Aegean and Estern Mediterranean Sea to Kas in Turkey.
