It remains a true Hollywood classic. However, before it was ever a movie, the story of Forrest Gump was told in a book of the same name. That book also had a sequel called Gump & Co. With the film being the smash hit that it was, it’s surprising that the sequel book hasn’t been adapted into a sequel of the film.
