Brian Brough - Rockpooling

This track was the first thing that I made using the Koala sampler and sequencer app. Honestly, thank Christ for this app, as it allows me to make beats and tunes without making total strangers of my family. Work on the track started in August 2025 and was finally finished in February 2026. It features samples of my wife brushing her teeth, my daughter saying hello and talking about rockpooling, the song ‘Rook’ by the band XTC, and the song ‘Vogue’ by Madonna. The artwork was made using Pixlr Express. Rockpooling has undergone several versions and revisions before it became ready for public consumption. Even this version isn’t perfect, but I need to just put it out there and move on with my life. I hope you like it.
