I head out Lobster Diving and try to a teach 'How To' catch Eastern Rock Lobsters - to help others get out there and do it, anyone can! Finishing up the day with solid cook up of the lobsters with a tried n tested Garlic-Butter Parsley recipe for Mothers Day. Enjoy!
