(Lobster in Chilli Sauce Recipe)

* 1 pc. Lobster
* 1 pc. Red onion
* 2 Tbsp Garlic (minced
* Ginger
* 1/4 cup Tomato sauce
* 1/4 cup Banan Catsup
* 2 Tbsp Tomato paste
* 2 Tbsp Hot Chilli Sauce
* 1 pc. Red bell pepper (cut into small cubes)
* 1 Tsp Powder pepper
* 1/4 cup butter
* 1/2 cup water
* Fried Garlic

Procedures:
1. In a pan put butter and saute onion, garlic and ginger.
2. Put the lobster followed by tomato paste, tomato sauce, catsup and hot chilli sauce.
3. Mix and then put water and simmer for 15 mins. Put the red bell pepper.
4. Season w/ salt and pepper to taste. Put garnish and fried garlic on the top.
