Steamed Bean Curd (Tofu) with Shallot Oil ● Homemade Recipe
Ingredients:

1 piece (box) soft bean curd (tofu)
3 shallots
30g Dried Shrimp (Soak with water for 10 minutes)
3 tablespoon Oil
1 tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
½ tablespoon Oyster Sauce
½ teaspoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Water

Spring Onion for garnishing

Steps:
Slightly chop the dried shrimp. Cut shallot into thin slices
Steam the tofu for 5 minutes. Pour away the excess water
Set aside

Heat 3 tablespoon Oil.
Fry the chopped dried shrimp and shallot slices until crispy.
(About 5 minutes)
Set aside

In the same pan, add Light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and water. Stir to mix well
Bring to boil and pour on sauce directly to the steamed tofu
Add the crispy dried shrimp and shallots.
Garnish the spring onion.
