Joran is a traditional Korean dessert made of autumn seasonal food
just like the Yul-lan we introduced last time!! 😘
The difference from Yul-lan is that it's made of jujube!!
It is characterized by a bit more bitter taste,
but it is a fun dessert to find a sweet taste in it.🍯

📝 Ingredients 📝
- 20 Jujube
- Cinnamon powder 1/6Ts,
- Salt 1/6Ts
- Honey 1Ts
- Pine nuts

🍳 How to Cook 🍳
1. Cut the jujube with a knife and remove the jujube seeds
2. Put the jujube in the steamer and steam it for 20 minutes
3. Finely chop the jujube
4. Add cinnamon powder, honey, and salt to the chopped jujube and mix well
5. Make the dough into the shape of the jujube
6. If you put pine nuts in the jujube, it's done!
