Hello everyone 😊 today I want to show you guys how to make Hong Kong Banana Mochi Roll 懷舊香港香蕉糕. Banana Mochi Rolls is one of Hongkong Traditional food for snacks. Very easy to make and taste very chewy and just delicious.

These banana mochi rolls are one of my childhood favorite snack. I remember when I was kid, every time I walked by the snack shop, I loved to buy some of these mochi rolls. Yes, they are called banana rolls but are not made of real banana, just the food flavoring. In my recipe today, I will use fresh bananas because I want to use natural ingredient for this.

It is hard to find this traditional food now, but it is good to make it at home and share with family and friends. They are so easy to make and maybe can bring you back some childhood memories.

Ingredients:
Ripe Banana 2
Glutinous rice flour 150g
Rice flour 50g
Water 100g
Sugar 100g
Oil 1 tbsp
Cooked glutinous rice flour 50g

Optional Ingredient:
Red Beans Paste 200g (If you want to make Banana Red Bean Roll)
