At 13-3, the Snowhawks have already secured the best regular season in franchise history. Their incredible campaign has them in position, but the job isn't finished. Their archrival Los Angeles Rams enter Week 18 with the exact same record, meaning only one team will finish atop the NFC mountain. The winner claims the NFC's #1 seed and home-field advantage throughout the playoffs, while the loser falls all the way to the #5 seed and must settle for the top Wild Card spot.

Fortunately, Salt Lake City controls its own destiny. The Snowhawks swept the season series against Los Angeles, giving them the crucial head-to-head tiebreaker. A win secures the franchise's first-ever #1 seed.
