Turn Old Rusty Ammo Casings Into An AMAZING Bracelet!

Today I'll be turning some old rusty ammo casings into an amazing ID tag bracelet. I was recently contacted to make some ID tag pendants from old brass casings that have sentimental value. I agreed and started by modeling up a design so I could make a bunch of id tags at once. I then 3d printed the design and made a mold of it in petrobond sand. I melted down all the brass casings and poured the molten metal into the mold. I cleaned up each one by sanding and polishing them by hand to give them a mirror finish. I attached the id tag onto a chain using jump rings and a clasp. I finished by engraving a custom design onto the brass tag.
