Vegan Chicken Fried Steak | Seitan Recipe

Try this delicious Vegan Chicken Fried Steak using my homeade seitan recipe. These are fried and lightly baked. And when I say "chicken" obviously it's not actual chicken. None of our feathered friends were harmed in filming this video :)

Ingredients

Vital Wheat Gluten
Vegan Ranch (see Vegan Ranch video for homeade recipe)
Better than Bouillon Roasted Garlic Base
Chickpeas / Garbanzo Beans
Grapeseed / Olive Oil (or oil of choice)
Liquid Aminos or Soy Sauce
Breadcrumbs (Traditional or Italian)
Onion Powder
Paprika
Pink Himalyan Sea Salt
Creole Seasoning
Poultry Seasoning
Black Pepper
Flour (for dredging)

For Wet Sauce:
Vegan Ranch
Turmeric
Mustard
Onion Powder
Black Pepper
Hot Sauce (if desired)
Optional - Add flour to thicken
