HIIT Workout For Women WITHOUT Weights (6min)
This HIIT workout for women without weights is one of our favorite quick workouts to burn fat and build muscle.

Exercising doesn't have to take a lot of time to produce results! This less than 10 minute HIIT workout for women is a time-efficient workout. You don't need a lot of equipment to do HIIT training workouts at home. This is a no-equipment HIIT workout, all you need is your bodyweight. This workout will boost your metabolism and help you build muscle. You may know this as a Tabata training session, which is traditionally 4 minutes long, but we have modified it to make the workout 6 minutes long. 6min HIIT Bodyweight Strength Training Workout
(2:49) Air Squats (20 sec, then 10 sec of rest)
(3:29) Push-ups (20 sec, then 10 sec of rest)
(4:14) Mountain Climbers (20 sec, then 10 sec of rest)
**Repeat this cycle 4 times to complete your 6min workout**
