HOW TO MAKE YUMMY BEEF MECHADO RECIPE | SUPER EASY!!!

This is my easy and yummy version of a delicious beef mechado recipe

INGREDIENTS
-1Kilo Beef Mechado cut
-4Tbsp soy sauce
-1/4cup calamansi juice
-ground black pepper
-2pcs potatoes sliced into chunks
-1pc carrot sliced into chunks
-2pcs red bell pepper sliced
-1tsp salt and ground black pepper
-2pcs chopped onions
-8cloves chopped garlic
-3pcs red chopped tomatoes
-1/2tsp salt
-200g tomato sauce
-2Tbsp tomato paste
-2pcs dried laurel leaf
-115g canned green peas
