Batangas Bulalo

Batangas Bulalo is a type of clear broth beef soup wherein beef shanks and bones are cooked in low heat for hours until the meat gets tender. As as a result, the broth becomes very tasty and delicious. This recipe is simple. However, it will require a bit of patience because it suggests to cook the beef for more than 3 hours.
