Joe Wicks kept us active during lockdown with his daily fitness lessons but, despite Joe's positivity he has been struggling with his mental health. He recently posted a candid video to Instagram, revealing that the pandemic was starting to affect his mental health and that “it’s difficult to be optimistic.” He joins Andrea, Linda, Coleen and Judi to open up about his mental health and Linda shares her own story about social media addiction.
