UA: Rebuilt Wire Recorder Brings Post WWII Recording to Life
Wire recordings of holocaust survivors made by psychologist Dr. David Boder shortly after World War II, thought to have been lost, were discovered in the archives at The University of Akron’s Drs. Nicholas and Dorothy Cummings Center for the History of Psychology. It was not until a working machine could be pieced together that the recordings could be heard.
