15 MIN STRETCH WORKOUT | Improve Your Flexibility & Elongate Your Muscles

When we’re anxious or stressed our bodies automatically tense and tighten up...so let’s take care of that today! I have 6 lovely little flows to help relieve your tension and stress while improving your flexibility and elongating your muscles. We’ll do each flow for 1 minute with a 15 second rest in between each. Then we’ll repeat the whole circuit a second time for a total 15 minute workout! Let’s breathe and move and let the world fade away for a moment.
