Making an auxiliary air tank from an old LPG gas bottle.

I was given an old LPG gas bottle. So I thought I would show you how I made an auxiliary air tank from and old LPG gas bottle. The LPG bottle is an ideal candidate for converting into an extra air tank for a compressor. They are pressure tested and easy to get hold off. The only problem is they are full of LPG. As long as the LPG is removed safely the tank can be converted into a auxiliary air tank for an air compressor. An auxiliary air tank may also be known by the name of auxiliary air receiver. They are both the same thing. Their job is to add additional volume to the compressed air system so the compressor does dot have to run as often. This is very useful when using high air demand air tools.
